All items are shipped with Australia Post.
Due to my remote location items are posted once a week, on Fridays. 

Packaging

All orders are posted in compostable mail satchels and wrapped in biodegradable packaging. Please expect orders to be shipped 1-2 weeks from purchase date. I will always endeavour to make and post orders as fast as possible, but I am only one person and sometimes I can be overwhelmed with many orders at once. A shipping notification will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched, packages can be tracked with the tracking number provided. Signatures on receival are not required therefore any person at the delivery address is authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. Flax & Fleece is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays or damage in transit. If your item is lost or damaged, please contact me immediately. 

International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post. All items are listed in Australian Dollars. Please note Flax & Fleece is not liable for any duties, taxes and import fees charged by the country you have shipped to. You can easily calculate these online with a Duty Calculator. All International orders are non-exchangeable or refundable. 

Returns and Exchanges

I hope that you love and adore your purchased pieces of Flax & Fleece clothing but naturally I understand that sometimes it’s not quite right- It can be hard not trying it on first!

If you would like your purchase refunded or exchanged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Full refunds can be given on all non-custom items but please note the postage will not be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and items must have all tags attached with original packaging and be in new condition (unwashed and unworn). 

Sale items or custom orders are non-refundable.
