All prices shown on flaxandfleece.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown. Payments can be made by credit card using Pay Pal at the checkout. 

Discount Codes

Occasionally Flax & Fleece may offer promotional discounts in the form of discount or coupon codes. Terms associated with each code will be listed in conjunction with the promotional event and timeframe. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative. The coupon or discount code must be applied at checkout. Flax & Fleece is not obliged to reimburse or refund a voucher amount to any order placed without a discount code and cannot apply codes to orders retrospectively. 

Faulty items

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and Flax & Fleece will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Damages as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Flax & Fleece reserves the right to deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition upon inspection. Please follow the care label instructions to give your garment the best possible care.

Pricing Changes and Imagery

Flax & Fleece reserves the right to change or update the pricing of any item available on our website without notice. Flax & Fleece also reserves the right to cancel or reject your order, for example when the requested product is unavailable, or if there is an error in the product listing on the website. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Flax & Fleece cannot take responsibility for any variance in colour, cut or fit shown on customers computers/ tablets/ phones and we have attempted to show the items listed as accurately as possible. Obviously, individuals have varying body shapes and sizes, and we cannot guarantee our items will look the same on you as the model. Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
